Presently devouring two books published this year. First is the much-recommended modern web design primer that is pretty basic, plenty sensible, and full of both great concepts and ironic typographical errors.

The second is easily one of the five best books on communication I've ever encountered. It's a practically focused study of two distinct styles of purposeful business language. Each language style is superb within its own context, and each is easy to overextend and abuse. The book's title makes it sound way more Tony Robbins than it actually is. Here's an excerpt.
