Then, the sauna! I had not done a full-on sauna in more than ten years.
The experience is terribly noteworthy because it temporarily reoriented my
whole relation to our *atmosphere*, making me notice so many little
feelings of air and humidity which I naturally take for granted. The sauna
was intense. In a creeping, sneaking-up-on-me sort of way. Opening the
door and starting to step out of it, I was struck by how cold and wet
normal air (c. 70 degrees F) feels! Thoughtpattern inspired: Our
atmosphere is a wonder too easily taken for granted. . .
