The movies we rented last week: Cruel Intentions, In the Company of Men, The Spanish Prisoner. Beyond gripping visuals, what do these flicks have in common?

Sociopaths! While I do not think of myself as a sociopath, and do not fully identify with them on film...there is something stark and dramatically engaging about their fictional presentations.

Any ideas on why they're so filmically appealing?
