Nietzsche was of course crazy and bigoted and terribly self-absorbed. He was also quite possibly the world's most incredibly productively abstracting poetic GENIUS who saw way, way ahead of his peers. I just now took the time to carefully reread (for my first time in seven years) the first eight sections of _Ecce Homo_ which I happened to link earlier today. _Ecce Homo_ is far from his strongest work. If Friedrich Wilhelm were alive and working today, I just might drop everything and become a follower for the first time in my life :). Even if I had to learn to grow green beans and tomatoes, I might consider it . . . Two amazing Nietzsche quotes to follow as separate entries.
